Reservation Form and Recital Packet

To reserve your recital date, time, and venue please fill out the recital date request form. If you are planning on doing your recital at a venue outside of the 菠菜网lol正规平台 School of 音乐 please still complete the form so we have a record of your recital date. Once you have filled out the form you will receive a confirmation email with your recital date, location, and time. The confirmation email will also include a link to the recital packet which will allow you to collect the appropriate signatures from your attending faculty, accompanist, ect. 通过DocuSign. Concert Managers

We staff each recital with two concert managers: 一个 to provide back of house support and 一个 for front of house support. Please send all information for the stage setup of your recital to concertmanager@ngskmc-eis.net at least 2 weeks before your recital.

Students are now responsible for making their own recital programs. 注意，它是 a recital requirement to have certain language on your recital program, please follow 这 program template or make sure you include the required language at the bottom of the packet if you 制作自己的.

If you are using a piano for your recital, please reach out to our staff piano technician, 厄尼·马丁内斯(厄尼.martinez@ngskmc-eis.net), at least 3 weeks before your rectial. Let him know the date and time of your rectial and what piano you want to use and he will make sure it's in tune.
