专注于弦乐演奏的音乐专业必须参加交响乐团 作为他们的主要乐团. The ensemble is open to non-music majors as well; auditions 在每学期开学前举行.

Performances in fall '22 included Philip Glass's "Low" Symphony; Beethoven Piano Concerto Nr 3; Mignone Concertino for Bassoon and Orchestra; a full run of "Into the Woods" at the Hammer Theater with the Broadway orchestration; and holiday concerts in Saratoga, 萨克拉门托(索菲亚剧院)和圣何塞市中心(蒙哥马利剧院).
